On Thursday, September 26 2024, Haulotte Ibérica proudly received the Digitalization & Systems award at the 2024 Movicarga Awards for its MyHaulotte customer portal.
This award recognizes the user-friendly design, functionality, and wide adoption of the MyHaulotte portal. Launched in 2021, the portal has undergone numerous updates and enhancements, establishing itself as a unique interface that brings together all Haulotte services.
The award was presented by Ainara Greño, representative of IPAF Spain, to Iván Morodo General Manager of Haulotte Ibérica.
MyHaulotte is designed for all kinds of professionals in the aerial work platform industry: operators, fleet managers, administrative staff, workshop managers, technical managers and rental agencies. The interface is tailored to meet the specific needs of each user, providing access to the most relevant services for their daily operations.
The web portal gives them easy access to all the resources relating to personnel lifting equipment. Its primary goal is to simplify users’ daily life by offering a range of services in one place, such as:
- Genuine parts store
- Telematics data thanks to SHERPAL
- Fleet inventory
- Safety campaigns
- Technical library
- Maintenance and repair requests
- Periodic inspections
“Today, more than 700 customers across Spain and Portugal have access to MyHaulotte, bringing the total number of users to 1,500. In 2022, 90.9% of spare parts orders were processed through MyHaulotte, increasing to 92.2% in 2023, and reaching 96.6% so far in 2024. These figures clearly show a steady growth in the portal’s adoption by our customers,” said Iván Morodo, General Manager of Haulotte Ibérica. "The interface is highly intuitive and constantly improving, particularly with the introduction of dashboards for advanced fleet management and comprehensive telematics insights via SHERPAL."
